About the role
At Alloy Personal Training, we're seeking a Business Development & Community Growth Manager to help build the future of our operations. This role involves building relationships, creating opportunities, and driving meaningful membership growth.
Responsibilities
- Develop strategic partnerships throughout Ahwatukee Foothills and South Tempe
- Build relationships with employers, healthcare providers, schools, churches, and local businesses
- Represent Alloy at networking events, business organizations, and community functions
- Coordinate educational workshops, wellness presentations, and community activations
- Create opportunities for prospective members to learn about Alloy
- Generate and schedule introductory appointments with qualified prospects
- Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of partnerships and opportunities
- Develop repeatable growth systems that support future expansion
What You'll Be Responsible For
- Generate 30 qualified introductory appointments per month through partnerships, community outreach, networking, and business development activities
- Create strategic community partnerships
- Create recurring wellness and educational opportunities
- Build awareness throughout Ahwatukee and South Tempe
- Help drive meaningful membership growth
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of business development, sales, recruiting, relationship management, corporate wellness, or similar experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to develop new relationships and opportunities
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills
- Comfortable networking and attending community events
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift and transport up to 45 pounds for events and activations
- Ability to work occasional evenings and weekends as events require
