About the role

At Alloy Personal Training, we're seeking a Business Development & Community Growth Manager to help build the future of our operations. This role involves building relationships, creating opportunities, and driving meaningful membership growth.

Responsibilities

  • Develop strategic partnerships throughout Ahwatukee Foothills and South Tempe
  • Build relationships with employers, healthcare providers, schools, churches, and local businesses
  • Represent Alloy at networking events, business organizations, and community functions
  • Coordinate educational workshops, wellness presentations, and community activations
  • Create opportunities for prospective members to learn about Alloy
  • Generate and schedule introductory appointments with qualified prospects
  • Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of partnerships and opportunities
  • Develop repeatable growth systems that support future expansion

What You'll Be Responsible For

  • Generate 30 qualified introductory appointments per month through partnerships, community outreach, networking, and business development activities
  • Create strategic community partnerships
  • Create recurring wellness and educational opportunities
  • Build awareness throughout Ahwatukee and South Tempe
  • Help drive meaningful membership growth

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of business development, sales, recruiting, relationship management, corporate wellness, or similar experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to develop new relationships and opportunities
  • Strong organizational and follow-up skills
  • Comfortable networking and attending community events
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Ability to lift and transport up to 45 pounds for events and activations
  • Ability to work occasional evenings and weekends as events require
