Westlake Financial Services is an affiliate of Westlake Direct, a company with 30% year-over-year growth and assets of $2.26 billion. We are expanding our presence in the Auto Finance Industry and are seeking talented individuals like you.
Responsibilities
- Lead management of sales activities, including lead generation, qualification, and conversion.
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline with accurate forecasting for all sales staff.
- Ensure the sales team is equipped with the right tools and resources to maximize lead conversion.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales team.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and set clear targets to achieve sales goals.
- Provide ongoing coaching and training to enhance individual and team efforts.
- Manage and support various sales-oriented projects to improve processes, enhance customer experience, and increase sales.
- Collaborate with other leaders and departments to complete projects.
- Track and report on the success of initiatives.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies that align with the company’s growth objectives.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activity.
- Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to assess team performance and adjust strategies to ensure targets are met.
- Identify and develop strategic partnerships with auto dealerships, financial institutions, and other key stakeholders.
- Cultivate long-term relationships with existing partners and explore new partnerships.
- Prepare presentations and proposals.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university, preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years in Sales Management role; required.
- Previous work experience in the Automotive Finance industry; preferred.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite of products (Excel, Word, Outlook); required.
- Knowledge/Experience with the use of DealerTrack, Routeone, or CUDL; beneficial.
Pay
$54,000.00 - $108,000.00 Annually with Bonus. The exact starting compensation will be determined at the time of selection and will be dependent on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to geographic location, skill set, experience, education, credentials, and licensure when applicable.
