About the role

We're looking for a friendly, outgoing communicator to join our team at McDaniels Subaru. You'll be answering calls, emails, and texts, building relationships, and representing our brand.

Responsibilities

• Answering customer inquiries and scheduling appointments
• Following up with customers through phone, text, and email
• Collaborating with the sales and service teams to ensure smooth customer journeys
• Building lasting relationships by showing genuine care and attention to every interaction

Requirements

• A love for animals (especially dogs)
• An outgoing, positive personality and excellent communication skills
• A strong work ethic
• A passion for the outdoors and the Subaru lifestyle
• Confidence using phone, email, and text to connect with people
• A team-player mentality and leadership potential

Qualifications

• A self-starter mentality and ambitious spirit
• A professional, well-groomed personal appearance
• A valid driver's license
• Prior BDC experience (but not required)
