We're seeking a friendly, outgoing communicator who loves animals, the outdoors, and Subaru. This position involves answering customer inquiries, scheduling appointments, and building lasting relationships.

Responsibilities

• Answering customer calls, texts, and emails
• Scheduling appointments and following up
• Representing the company's values positively and professionally
• Building and maintaining strong customer relationships
• Collaborating with the sales and service teams
• Lifting and motivating team members

Requirements

• A love for animals (especially dogs)
• An outgoing, positive personality and excellent communication skills
• A strong work ethic
• A passion for the outdoors and Subaru lifestyle
• Confidence using phone, email, and text
• A team-player mentality and leadership potential

Qualifications

• Self-starter mentality and ambition
• Professional, well-groomed appearance
• Valid driver's license
• Prior BDC experience (but not required)
