Empath Home Health, a member of Empath Health, is seeking a Professional Relations Liaison (Business Development) to join our team supporting Hillsborough County. The Liaison will act as a consultant to our referral sources to educate them about Empath Health services. He/she would be expected to identify and facilitate opportunities for an increased Empath Health presence and collaborations which will improve access to home health and related programs. What You'll Do The Home Health Community Marketing Liaison is a relationship and educational position.The Liaison will act as a consultant to our referral sources to educate them about Home Health services.The Liaison would be an expert in Home Health services, as well as adept at education our professional community regarding the benefits and scope of Home Health services.He/She would be expected to identify and facilitate opportunities for marketing, referrals, community outreach, and education of the Home Health program. What You'll Need Minimum of 2 years' outreach in Home Health, professional relations and/or sales experience in Home Health.Ability to work unsupervised exercising a high degree of discretion and independent judgement.Effective communication and relationship building skills.
