Job Summary
We are seeking a driven, early career professional to join our National Accounts team in a hybrid Sales Administration / Business Development role. This is a high-visibility position based in Westlake, TX, working directly with the VP of National Accounts & Business Development and supporting strategic, high-value customer relationships. This role is designed for someone looking to build a career in B2B sales.
What You’ll Do (Impact Areas)
- Drive Account Execution
- Support national account strategy execution across key customers
- Track opportunities, follow-ups, and account activity to ensure nothing slips
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date CRM data and sales documentation
- Aid in preparing proposals, quotes, and customer-facing materials
- Accelerate Pipeline Growth
- Research target accounts and identify new contacts and opportunities
- Conduct outbound outreach (email, phone, LinkedIn) to support pipeline development
- Qualify leads and coordinate handoff to account managers
- Support initiatives to expand existing national accounts
- Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and pipeline visibility tools
- Identify inefficiencies and proactively improve processes
- Leverage CRM and other sales tools to increase team productivity
- Act as a force multiplier for the National Accounts team
- Support Strategic Initiatives
- Assist with national account rollouts, bids, and large-scale projects
- Cross-functionally with operations, marketing, and leadership
- Cook up special projects tied to account growth
- Approach the role with a “no task too small” mindset when it drives results
Who You Are
- 0–3 years of experience; strong interest in building a career in sales
- Based in or willing to relocate to Westlake, TX
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Tech-savvy and quick to learn systems (CRM, Excel, sales tools)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Self-starter with a proactive, problem-solving mindset
- Willing to take on a wide range of responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
- Coachable, competitive, and motivated to grow into a full sales role
Nice To Have (Not Required)
- Internship or experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles
- Exposure to CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
- Interest in industrial equipment, trucks, or B2B capital equipment sales
