About the role
The Business Development Sales Role is a key driver of growth at Triad Partners, responsible for identifying, engaging, and onboarding qualified financial advisors to join our organization.
Responsibilities
- Prospecting & Relationship Building: Call a list of qualified contacts through warm and cold calls to recruit to Triad (LEADS PROVIDED)
- Create, build, and maintain relationships with financial advisor’s offices by cold calling prospects to bring them onboard into the Triad community
- Develop a complete knowledge of our value proposition and our offerings with the ability to communicate strategy and execution into their business
- Appointment Setting: Inspire qualified advisors to book discovery calls with the Director of New Member Outreach
- Aid newly committed advisors in the on-boarding process through licensing and release
- Execute marketing campaigns to prospects through e-mail, webinars and mail processes
- Lead Tracking & Qualification: CRM Management: Maintain comprehensive, accurate notes in the CRM, capturing each prospect’s pain points, opportunities, and practice details
- Master Sheet Oversight: Update and track the progress of prospects in the sales process, ensuring no lead is overlooked
- Lead Generation: Research and identify new qualified prospects, adding them to the master sheet and continuously updating their status
- Lead Qualification: Engage and qualify prospects, removing those who do not align with Triad’s criteria

Experience You’ll Bring
- Previous sales experience
- Comfortability performing sales cold calls and cold outreach
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Time management and ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional problem determination skills with a high attention to detail
- Ability to overcome objections
