What We're Looking For
- Well connected strategic growth leader with strong relationships across the U.S. Air Force
- Demonstrated success developing and shaping opportunities before formal solicitations are released
- Deep understanding of Air Force acquisition, budgeting, and mission priorities
- Experience building trusted relationships with senior government and industry stakeholders
- Ability to influence strategy and identify where an organization should invest for future growth
- Highly Desired: Experience supporting the Air Force Nuclear Weapons Center and Air Force Research Laboratory
- Highly Desired: Infrastructure, engineering, facilities, modernization, research, or mission support experience within these organizations
- Candidates with strong connections in the Albuquerque, New Mexico market

Remote, with a strong preference for candidates located in or closely connected to the Albuquerque area
Minimum Qualifications
- 12+ years of USAF, USSF, or DoD Acquisition and or Program Management experience, with at least 5 of those years in support of USAF Programs
- Extensive experience with DoD & IC government organizations
- Demonstrated ability to execute the business development function with little/no supervision
- Able to assess the competitive field, to include all evaluation factors, both price and non-price
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience is required
- Active Secret US Government Clearance

- Master’s degree
- DAWIA Program Manager Certification
Compensation Details
$150,000-$200,000
