What We're Looking For

  • Well connected strategic growth leader with strong relationships across the U.S. Air Force
  • Demonstrated success developing and shaping opportunities before formal solicitations are released
  • Deep understanding of Air Force acquisition, budgeting, and mission priorities
  • Experience building trusted relationships with senior government and industry stakeholders
  • Ability to influence strategy and identify where an organization should invest for future growth
  • Highly Desired: Experience supporting the Air Force Nuclear Weapons Center and Air Force Research Laboratory
  • Highly Desired: Infrastructure, engineering, facilities, modernization, research, or mission support experience within these organizations
  • Candidates with strong connections in the Albuquerque, New Mexico market

Location

Remote, with a strong preference for candidates located in or closely connected to the Albuquerque area

Minimum Qualifications

  • 12+ years of USAF, USSF, or DoD Acquisition and or Program Management experience, with at least 5 of those years in support of USAF Programs
  • Extensive experience with DoD & IC government organizations
  • Demonstrated ability to execute the business development function with little/no supervision
  • Able to assess the competitive field, to include all evaluation factors, both price and non-price
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience is required
  • Active Secret US Government Clearance

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s degree
  • DAWIA Program Manager Certification

Compensation Details

$150,000-$200,000
