About the role

The Business Development Agent plays a crucial role in expanding Marshall Reddick Real Estate's market presence through strategic partnerships and client acquisition initiatives. This position requires strong networking skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for real estate.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with key industry contacts and stakeholders
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking and outreach
  • Collaborate with sales teams to facilitate successful closings and referrals
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities
  • Prepare and present proposals and presentations to clients and partners

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, business development, or a similar role
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
