About the role
The Business Development Agent plays a crucial role in expanding Marshall Reddick Real Estate's market presence through strategic partnerships and client acquisition initiatives. This position requires strong networking skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for real estate.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with key industry contacts and stakeholders
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking and outreach
- Collaborate with sales teams to facilitate successful closings and referrals
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities
- Prepare and present proposals and presentations to clients and partners
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, business development, or a similar role
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
