Key Responsibilities
- Generate new inquiries and referrals to increase market share
- Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, physicians, home health agencies, assisted living facilities, nursing homes, senior centers, hospice, and rehabilitation centers
- Meet with families, social workers, and community partners to discuss care needs
- Conduct Service Inquiries and Care Consultations
- Maintain accurate records of outreach, leads, presentations, and closed sales using CRM software
- Develop a qualified referral pipeline through face-to-face visits, cold calling, email, phone outreach, and community networking
Education & Experience
- College degree or equivalent work experience
- Sales or business development experience (consultative sales a plus)
- Healthcare experience preferred
Skills & Abilities
- Excellent oral and written communication
- Strong interpersonal skills and sound judgment
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Highly organized with strong time-management skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Proficiency in Word and Excel
