About the Role

The Business Development Advisor drives growth for Home Instead Seattle by expanding referral networks, converting leads, and representing our mission of compassionate, high-quality in-home care for seniors. This role is ideal for a confident, relationship-driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment and takes pride in measurable results.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and strengthen relationships with key referral partners, including hospitals, senior living communities, rehabilitation facilities, and medical professionals.
  • Generate and convert new client leads through community engagement, professional networking, and outreach activities.
  • Follow up promptly and persistently on all leads from every source—including online inquiries, digital campaigns, and community referrals—to maximize the company’s advertising investment and ensure no opportunity is missed.
  • Represent Home Instead Seattle as a community ambassador through events, sponsorships, and speaking opportunities.
  • Maintain detailed records of all activities and leads in Salesforce, ensuring timely updates and accuracy.
  • Collaborate with the internal office and care teams to ensure smooth onboarding and outstanding client experiences.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly goals related to new clients, service hours, and revenue growth.
  • Leverage social media, video, and podcast platforms to enhance brand awareness and build trust in the community.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of proven sales success, in healthcare, home care, or senior services.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple lead sources and turn marketing investments into measurable results.
  • Strong communication, follow-up, and relationship-building skills.
  • Organized, self-motivated, and goal-driven; thrives both independently and within a team.
  • CRM experience required; Salesforce proficiency preferred.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Pay

$65,000–$85,000 DOE + Commission
