The ideal candidate is a strong researcher, writer, and analytical thinker who can assess rapidly changing situations and communicate relevant intelligence to leadership and other stakeholders. • Research risks associated with employee travel and international events. For example, assess potential security concerns for employees traveling to an area affected by a natural disaster, political instability, civil unrest, or other significant event.
  • Produce intelligence reports on major geopolitical issues as well as isolated incidents, including threats or concerning social media activity involving company personnel or assets.
  • Serve as an information-gathering and communications hub during security and safety incidents.
  • Support the development and maintenance of information and knowledge-management tools and processes within the Global Security Operations Center.
  • Monitor physical security access-control systems and respond appropriately to alarms, breaches, malfunctions, and other security events as needed.
  • Assist onsite contract security personnel when required.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with corporate functions, business units, security personnel, and leadership.

Requirements

  • Legally authorized to work in the United States.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field or at least one year of experience working as an analyst in a government or corporate intelligence center.
  • Ability to work rotating 12-hour shifts, including nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.
  • Strong writing, research, critical-thinking, and analytical skills.
  • Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, and Copilot.
  • Familiarity with physical security threats and trends in the United States.
  • Familiarity with major geopolitical issues and international security developments.
  • Ability to evaluate information from multiple sources and identify relevant threats, risks, and trends.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Beginner to intermediate experience with video monitoring, access control, and alarm monitoring applications, preferably Lenel/OnGuard.
