Business Data Analyst

Primary Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Development Operations, Clinical Operations, portfolio management, and other stakeholders to understand strategic goals, KPIs, and decision-making needs.
• Define and prioritize reporting and analytics requirements based on operational metrics and insight gaps.
• Led the identification of critical questions related to portfolio, study sites, participants, milestones, resourcing, and risks.
• Develop target dashboards, reports, metrics, and data flows to address business needs before initiating detailed solution design.
• Drive solution design to ensure delivery of core business functionality alongside high-value, reliable reporting and analytics capabilities.

Skills & Requirements

• Strong analytical mindset with experience in defining and prioritizing reporting and analytics requirements.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and translate business needs into actionable insights.
• Proficiency in designing dashboards, reports, and data flows to meet operational and strategic objectives.
• Familiarity with metrics, KPIs, and data sources relevant to Development Operations and Clinical Operations.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
