Key Responsibilities
- Leverage strong knowledge of domain-specific technologies, processes, and systems in industries such as Telecom, Hi-Tech, Media, Retail, Manufacturing and more.
- Lead strategic assessments to identify digital transformation opportunities across business functions and recommend future-state solutions.
- Conduct as-is state assessment of people capabilities, processes, and technology stack.
- Conduct process discovery to map existing workflows and identify improvement opportunities.
- Define future state to-be vision with optimized workflows and draft target solution architecture.
- Develop transformation roadmap with governance framework and risk mitigation.
- Quantify benefits and ROI with financial projections and success metrics.
- Engage directly with client executives to articulate and demonstrate the digital transformation vision, aligning leadership buy-in with strategic objectives.
- Drive operational model design and digital capability building across organizations.
- Communicate high level technical concepts to non-technical audiences through presentations and documentation (e.g., SOPs, workflows, policies).
Stakeholder Engagement & Change Management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, compliance, marketing, and HR, to align business goals and processes.
- Act as a liaison across various lines of businesses to ensure coordination and integration of improvement initiatives.
- Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and stakeholder onboarding for process changes.
Compliance, Risk & Operational Governance
- Provide guidance on regulatory requirements, data governance, and audit readiness across selected domains.
- Recommend improvements to internal controls and document retention practices.
Process Improvement & Tools
- Apply Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement techniques to streamline processes.
- Collaborate with technology teams for digital enablement of redesigned business processes.
- Support transformation initiatives across CSM, FSM, ITSM areas using ServiceNow and SaaS platforms (Salesforce CRM, CPQ, HRIS, P2P, CLM).
- Support transformation initiatives across Data and Analytics.
- Support transformation initiatives across Digital Engineering (RPA, Automation, Full Stack).
