About the role

A dynamic and innovative Principal Digital Transformation Consultant is needed to join our team. Reporting to the Director, AI Solution Delivery, this role will be responsible for driving digital transformation initiatives across various departments within the organization.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement digital transformation strategies aligned with business objectives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize digital transformation opportunities
• Conduct research and analysis to evaluate current state and future trends in digital transformation
• Design and execute proof-of-concept projects to validate digital transformation concepts
• Provide guidance and support to stakeholders on digital transformation best practices
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends related to digital transformation

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in digital transformation consulting or related field
• Proven track record of successfully leading digital transformation projects
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

• Experience with digital transformation methodologies such as Agile, DevOps, and Lean
• Knowledge of digital transformation tools and platforms
• Understanding of regulatory compliance requirements, particularly in the context of CMMC and Cyber Resilience Act
• Experience working with large-scale enterprise systems and processes
