Business Consultant

About the role

As a Reynolds and Reynolds Business Consultant, you will use strong technical understanding of Reynolds applications and dealership operational expertise to provide consulting services that help automobile dealerships increase profits and optimize operations.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain effective professional relationships with customers to drive recurring consulting sales.
• Provide ongoing fee-for-service support and problem resolution for customers.
• Stay current with cutting-edge dealership processes and operational trends to sell this knowledge to new and existing customers.

Training

• Approximately 90 days of on-the-job training with multiple mentors.
• Webinars, discussions, self-exploration of knowledge products, and occasional classroom work.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Education preferred.
• 3–5 years of dealership management experience.
• Willingness to travel extensively overnight.
• Good driving and credit history.
