Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Healthcare Project Manager to lead Post-Go-Live (PGL) operations, end-user adoption, and workflow optimization. In this role, you will lead a dedicated PGL team, manage cross-functional issue resolution, and drive system stabilization across clinical and operational environments. You'll serve as the bridge between technical teams and operational leaders to ensure seamless adoption of Epic systems and related workflows.

Responsibilities

• Support the Business Line leadership in the development and execution of analyses, plans, and business processes that support regional and national strategies.
• Work closely with the regional and national Business Line leadership, key national and regional functional areas, other lines of business.
• Include assessments, identifying impacts, developing work plans, and identifying outcomes.

Qualifications

• Effective Communication: The candidate must be able to communicate effectively with a broad range of stakeholders, from frontline end users to executive leadership. Communication should be tailored to the audience, ensuring information is conveyed clearly, accurately, and appropriately for the stakeholder group.
• Collaboration: Success in this role will require strong collaboration skills. The candidate will work closely with teams across multiple regions and medical centers, making the ability to build relationships, foster partnerships, and work effectively in a team-oriented environment essential.
• Training and Development: The candidate should have the ability to deliver and support training programs. This includes educating end users and ensuring stakeholders have the knowledge and resources needed to successfully adopt and utilize new processes or tools.
