Business Consultant

About the role

As a Business Consultant at Elite Financial Consulting Group, you will work full time in a remote capacity, partnering with clients to analyze their business and financial challenges and identify opportunities for improvement. On a day-to-day basis, you will conduct data-driven assessments, develop recommendations, and prepare clear reports and presentations to communicate findings and solutions. You will participate in client meetings, gather requirements, and support the implementation of new strategies, processes, and tools. The role also involves collaborating with internal team members, tracking project progress, and ensuring that deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills to interpret financial data, evaluate business performance, and support data-driven decision-making.
• Consulting and management consulting skills to diagnose client issues, design solutions, and manage engagements from assessment through implementation.
• Excellent communication skills to present complex information clearly, facilitate meetings, and build effective client and team relationships.
• Finance knowledge to understand financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, and key performance metrics relevant to client organizations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field; advanced degree or professional certifications (e.g., MBA, CFA, CPA, PMP) are beneficial.
• Experience working in consulting, financial services, or a related field, with a track record of delivering measurable improvements for clients.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines with high attention to detail.
• Proficiency with productivity and analytics tools (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, business intelligence software) and familiarity with project management methods.
