Business Consultant

About the role

With a close collaboration with program and operation team of partner organizations to work and assist in the implementation of the project under the supervision of the project coordinator. (S)he will be responsible overall project implementation activity and ensure that the project is moving on time within the scope of framework.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical assistance to MSMEs in developing business plans and functions;
• Deliver capacity building interventions including business trainings and tailored consultations to MSMEs;
• Facilitate and organize the participation of MSMEs in the project's capacity building activities;
• Establish, maintain and develops a strong relationship with partner organizations and other stakeholders;
• Support procurement processes in timely manner in collaboration with financial officers;
• Support the monitoring and evaluation system for economic governance improvement;
• Follow-up, on a daily basis, with project partners to ensure smooth implementation of project activities;
• Prepare and support the timely preparation and submission of progress report, documents and other relevant audit and financial documents;
• Translation of project's documents interpretation from English into Mongolian and vice versa;
• Perform any other tasks assigned by the project Coordinator and other managers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Higher Degree in Business administration or related field;
• Capacity in delivery of capacity building activities including business trainings and consultations preferred;
• Good understanding of business environment;
• Fluent in written and spoken English.

Pay

2,300,000MNT – 2,500,000MNT per month

A year (with possible extension by evaluation result)
