About the role

The Business Center Clerks at Grand Hyatt Kauai provide administrative support to resort guests, including printing, faxing, shipping, and addressing technology and business needs.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to resort guests, including printing, faxing, and shipping.
  • Address immediate technology and business needs of guests and colleagues.
  • Support the Business Center Assistant Manager and Director of Marketing.
  • Work with department managers to design and print in-house projects according to brand standards.
  • Organize and manage multiple requests while maintaining a professional level of service.

Requirements

  • Customer Service oriented.
  • Good organizational and prioritizing skills.
  • Technical knowledge and skills to operate printers and other equipment.
  • Graphic Design Experience preferred.
  • Software knowledge desired: Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite.
