Business Banking Officer

Responsibilities

• Proactively pursues Sales within the Small Business Segment by working with existing and forming connections with potential new Small Business client's to help them reach their financial goals.
• Leverages Credit Analysis skills to properly grow their portfolio and does due diligence to maintain compliance standards, as well as policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance or Accounting, or equivalent work experience required
• Post baccalaureate degree (desirable)
• Must complete Business/Commercial Banking Associates program or related experience
• Must be able to read various financial statements and have a general understanding of accounting concepts
• 3+ years of experience in banking (or related industry) with financial analysis and credit skills
• Able to plan, organize and budget
• Good written and verbal communication
• Able to handle confidential matters judiciously
• Possesses attention to detail with excellent follow-through
• Able to work under pressure with multiple deadlines
• Good time management skills
• Possesses sales skills to enhance business development objectives
• Ability to inform, persuade and convince customers of the perceived value of products and services
• Good working knowledge of financial service products

Pay

The pay range for the role is $47,195 - $84,406/yr; commensurate with experience; plus sales incentives.

Schedule

Monday - Friday 8:00AM - 4:30PM (hours may vary)
