- Proactively outreach, network, refer, and engage with business members
- Identify financial needs and recommend appropriate commercial banking solutions
- Structure and present lending opportunities while partnering with internal teams
- Maintain strong relationships with existing members through regular account reviews, in-person visits, and ongoing consultation

- Generate new business opportunities
Monitor portfolio performance and deliver exceptional member service
- Manage multiple relationships, priorities, and opportunities simultaneously

Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in business banking, commercial lending, business development, or relationship management within a financial institution
- Strong knowledge of business lending and commercial real estate financing
- Proven ability to develop new business relationships and grow an existing portfolio
- Ability to balance sales and business development goals with a consultative, member-focused service approach
- Strong relationship-building, communication, and networking skills
- Experience analyzing business needs and recommending tailored financial solutions
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple relationships, priorities, and opportunities simultaneously
- Excellent customer service skills and a commitment to delivering an exceptional member experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience within cannabis banking and compliance procedures
Compensation and Benefits
This role has a posted salary range of $95,304.17 - $133,425.83, which reflects the full compensation range for the position over time. Most offers are expected to fall between $95,304.17 - $105,000, depending on qualifications and experience.
