Business Banker (LO) MD/VA/DC area
for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we should only use those headings. Location not allowed; we can incorporate location info into a short paragraph maybe under About the role or Responsibilities? Probably better to put under About the role as a brief note.
We must not repeat job title. Must not put Job ID/requisition numbers as headings.
We must preserve all substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to keep all details from the posting, but we can format them.
We must not include boilerplate like EEO, disability, drug policy, recruitment requirements, reference number, etc.
We must not include sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present.
We need to decide which sections to include:
- About the role: include the introductory paragraph and maybe location note.
- Responsibilities: include the bullet list from "In This Role, You Will" plus the LO position note.
- Requirements: maybe the Required Qualifications.
- Qualifications: maybe the Desired Qualifications.
- Skills: maybe we could extract skills from desired qualifications? But we already have qualifications; maybe we can combine desired qualifications into Qualifications and not have Skills separate. However instruction says prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So we could have About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements (including both required and desired?), Qualifications (maybe skills), Benefits, Pay. But we need to follow allowed headings; we can omit Skills if not needed.
But we need to preserve all substantive info; if we omit Skills heading, we still need to include the skill-related content somewhere else, maybe under Qualifications or Requirements. Let's put Required Qualifications under Requirements heading, and Desired Qualifications under Qualifications heading. That covers.
Benefits: include list.
Pay: include pay range and note.
Schedule: no info, so omit.
We must not include sections with placeholder text.
Now format:

We should not include schedule. We must not include any other boilerplate like Posting End Date, EEO, etc. Check that we preserved all substantive info: we included About role paragraph, responsibilities bullets, required qualifications, desired qualifications, benefits, pay. We also included location note in About role. Did we include the note about "Learn more about the career areas and business divisions at wellsfargojobs.com"? Yes we included that sentence. Did we include the Job Expectations about visa sponsorship, LO qualification, credit report, ongoing regulatory requirements? That's part of Job Expectations; we omitted that section because we didn't have a heading for Job Expectations. But we need to preserve all substantive information. The Job Expectations includes important info: visa sponsorship not eligible, LO qualification requirements, credit report, ongoing regulatory requirements. We need to include that somewhere. Could be under Requirements or Qualifications? Perhaps under Requirements we can add a paragraph after the required qualifications. Or we could create a separate section "Job Expectations" but not in allowed headings. However we could incorporate into Requirements or Qualifications as it's still substantive. The instruction: use headings from list; we can still add other headings? It says use
