Business Analytics Intern

Role Overview Support the modernization of the Enterprise Data & Analytics Platform by assisting in redesigning products, developing enhancements, and contributing to scalable, self-service solutions for internal and customer-facing tools. Key Responsibilities Perform data analysis by collecting, cleaning, and identifying insights from large datasets.Design and build dashboards using BI tools like Tableau or Power BI, and contribute to product redesigns.Monitor KPIs, track performance metrics, and recommend improvements.Collaborate with teams to support data-driven decision-making and process improvements.Assist in platform modernization efforts by supporting CI/CD practices.Conduct ad hoc analyses to answer stakeholder inquiries.Document methodologies, processes, and findings for future reference. Qualifications & Skills Enrolled in an undergraduate program pursuing a degree in Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, or related fields.Strong analytical skills with experience handling large datasets.Proficiency in Excel; familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM is a plus.Experience with BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and SQL querying is advantageous.Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and effective communication.Ability to work independently and collaboratively.Prior internship or coursework in analytics is beneficial.
