BUSINESS ANALYST - WORKDAY BENEFITS INTEGRATION SUPPORT

About the Role

The State of Georgia is seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to support stabilization and troubleshooting of integrations between Workday and external benefits providers. The ideal candidate will bridge business stakeholders, Workday functional/technical teams, integration developers, and benefits providers, investigating issues across system boundaries and driving them toward resolution.

Responsibilities

• Perform root-cause analysis and provide resolution recommendations for integration issues.
• Document end-to-end integration and data flows.
• Track and report issue status to stakeholders.
• Validate fixes across Workday and benefits providers.
• Recommend configuration, integration, process, and data improvements.
• Identify and address recurring integration issues.
• Create end-to-end data flow diagrams.

Requirements

• 13+ years of overall IT experience with strong Senior Business Analyst experience.
• Experience supporting HCM ERP implementations, production stabilization, or complex system integrations.
• Strong integration troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills.
• Experience analyzing integration data, mappings, transformation rules, logs, reports, and technical artifacts.
• Ability to trace employee lifecycle, benefits, payroll, and related transactions across multiple systems.
• Strong understanding of business processes and ability to translate business questions into technical/functional investigations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple issues independently and drive problems to resolution.
