About The Role The Senior Business Systems Analyst (Senior BSA) plays a pivotal role in bridging manufacturing operations with technology solutions. This strategic and hands-on position involves translating complex business needs into scalable system solutions that enhance operational efficiency and data integrity. The Senior BSA will lead cross-functional initiatives, influence stakeholders, and ensure the successful delivery and adoption of technology across manufacturing plants. This role requires deep understanding of manufacturing processes, ERP systems, and production systems such as HMI and MES. The Senior BSA will be instrumental in optimizing workflows, supporting system integrations, and driving continuous improvement initiatives within the organization. The role offers an exciting opportunity to impact manufacturing performance directly by leveraging technology and data-driven insights. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, with a focus on manufacturing or similar operational environmentsProven experience leading system implementations, enhancements, or cross-functional initiativesStrong expertise in requirements gathering, process mapping, and developing functional specificationsDeep understanding of manufacturing processes, including production, inventory, and supply chain workflowsExperience troubleshooting complex system issues and coordinating resolution efforts across teamsHands-on experience with ERP systems and integrations with shop floor systems such as HMI and MESExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skillsExceptional communication and interpersonal skills to influence stakeholders at various levelsStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlinesSelf-motivated with the ability to quickly adapt to complex technical and operational environments Preferred qualifications include experience supporting or implementing ERP systems in a plant environment, familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies, and experience working with system integrations, middleware, or data mapping between platforms.
