Responsibilities
- Support team working in Agile (Sprint) methodology.
- Mentor other Business Analysts, coaching them to deliver results.
- Able to read situations and modify behavior to build quality relationships.
- Analyze problems and document business processes for developing requirements.
- Track and validate requirements from intake through delivery.
- Document test cases and validate success criteria through testing.
- Handle multiple projects while remaining flexible and productive despite changing priorities and processes.
- Work with team members and business stakeholders to understand business pain points.
- Develop expertise in our systems and processes to proactively contribute to process improvements.
- Assist the product owner in decomposing requirements into Epics and Features and create clear and concise user stories that are easy to understand.
- Identify and group related user stories, documenting the dependencies and associated business processes.
- Aid Product Owner in maintaining the product backlog.
- Create conceptual prototypes and mock-ups.
- Collaborate with the team and vendors on tasks to formulate, detail, and test solutions.
- Perform Quality Analyst functions such as defining test objectives, test plans and test cases, and executing test cases (including regression testing).
- Coordinate and Facilitate User Acceptance Testing with the Product Owner and business.
- Diagram current processes and proposed modifications using process flows, context diagrams and data flow diagrams.
- Provide end user support and assist in training as needed.
- Use feedback and reflection to develop self-awareness, personal strengths and address development areas.
- Know how and when to use tools available for a given situation and can explain the reasons for this choice.
- Strong business judgment, leadership and integrity to make data driven decisions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 5+ years of relevant professional experience.
- Excellent interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team and interact with stakeholders at various levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and focus on achieving both short- and long-term goals.
Pay
At the time of posting, the expected base salary range for this role is $110,000-$125,000 annually. Additionally, this position is eligible for participation in our annual bonus program. Actual compensation will be determined by many factors, including but not limited to, location, education, certifications, qualifications, relevant experience, internal equity, business need, and any applicable minimum wage requirements.
