Business Analyst – Remote – Minimum Public Trust (NACI) clearance

About the role

OM Group, Inc. is seeking a Business Analyst who bridges USACE stakeholders and OM Group's developers/analysts. The role involves documenting requirements, resolving issues surfaced during development, managing testing efforts, and helping the Program Manager track ongoing work across the Documentation and EDW Transformation tasks.

Responsibilities

• Study existing documentation and serve as a helpdesk for handling bugs and change requests.
• Track task status and support the Program Manager in maintaining the roadmap and backlog.
• Elicit, document, and validate functional requirements for MPBI products.
• Mentor Business Analyst II staff and support cross-training objectives.
• Serve as a senior escalation point for help-desk tickets, change requests, and bug triage.

Requirements

• 5 years of relevant business analyst experience.
• Demonstrated project management experience.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM).
• Bachelor’s degree.

Pay

Compensation will be in the range of $110,000 to $120,000, determined by relevant experience, education, skills, certifications, and market conditions.
