Business Analyst – Remote – Minimum Public Trust (NACI) clearance

OM Group, Inc. is seeking a Business Analyst that bridges USACE stakeholders and OM Group's developers/analysts. Documents requirements, resolves issues surfaced during development, manages testing efforts, and helps the Program Manager track ongoing work across the Documentation and EDW Transformation tasks. Responsibilities Study existing documentation and serve as a helpdesk for handling bugs and change requests Track task status and support the Program Manager in maintaining the roadmap and backlog. Elicit, document, and validate functional requirements for MPBI products. Mentor Business Analyst II staff and support cross training objectives. Serve as a senior escalation point for help-desk tickets, change requests, and bug triage. Requirements 5 years of relevant business analyst experience. Demonstrate Project management experience. Certified Scrum Master (CSM) Bachelor’s degree. Compensation will be determined based on several factors, including relevant experience, education, skills, certifications, and market conditions, with an expected range of $110,000 to $120,000.
