About the role
We’re seeking a Business Analyst / Project Manager to support and help advance our ICT ecosystem for Embedded Software Release and Distribution. In this role, you’ll contribute to key initiatives that improve how embedded software is configured and delivered across the organization. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams, helping bridge business needs and technical solutions while gaining deeper exposure to enterprise systems and global processes.
Responsibilities
- Partner with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements
- Support the implementation and continuous improvement of embedded software configuration and delivery processes
- Contribute to the development and execution of solutions aligned with future-state goals
- Work with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) tools to support system enhancements and integrations
- Collaborate with global teams across engineering, production, and corporate functions
- Help coordinate project activities, timelines, and deliverables to ensure successful execution
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to best practices
- Support end-to-end software lifecycle coordination, ensuring accuracy and quality standards
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in business analysis, project coordination, ICT, or a related role
- Foundational understanding of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) concepts
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and collaboration skills across teams and stakeholders
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a structured and organized way
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with PLM tools or enterprise systems
- Exposure to Agile or project-based delivery environments
- Understanding of automotive engineering or embedded software processes
- Experience supporting system implementations or process improvements
