Job Title: Business Analyst - P&C Location: Remote Role Summary We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with strong Property & Casualty (Commercial Lines) domain expertise who has hands-on experience implementing Policy Administration Systems (PAS) for insurance clients. The role involves working closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to translate underwriting and policy requirements into system solutions. Key Responsibilities Support end-to-end implementation of Policy Administration Systems (Guidewire, Duck Creek, Majesco, Insurity).Gather and document business and functional requirements across the policy lifecycle (quote, bind, issue, endorsement, renewal, cancellation).Translate underwriting rules, rating logic, and product configurations into system requirements.Collaborate with developers, QA, and architects to support configuration and integrations.Lead and support UAT and business validation activities. Required Skills & Experience Strong experience in P&C insurance with a Commercial Lines focus.Proven experience working on PAS implementations for clients.Solid business analysis skills (BRDs, FRDs, user stories).Understanding of underwriting, rating, policy workflows, and integration #PinnacleMethodConsulting
