Now Hiring: Senior Business Analyst Location: Mossville, IL Schedule: Full-time onsite, Monday–Friday | First Shift Contract: 12 months Pay: $52 - $55 an hr We’re looking for an experienced Business Analyst to support supplier capacity, data analytics, and process improvement initiatives within a fast-paced supply chain environment. This role will work closely with procurement, supply chain, operations, and category management teams to analyze supplier capacity and performance data, identify potential risks, improve reporting processes, and turn complex data into clear, actionable insights for leadership. Key Responsibilities Analyze large data sets related to supplier capacity, performance trends, and risk exposure Develop metrics, dashboards, and executive-level reporting Identify and implement process improvements to increase reporting efficiency, accuracy, and scalability Support category teams with supplier capacity planning and gap resolution Track capacity-related initiatives, risks, savings opportunities, and performance metrics Partner with procurement, supply chain, operations, suppliers, and other cross-functional stakeholders Review budgets, expenditures, contracts, proposals, and supporting business documentation Identify potential budget or capacity concerns and recommend solutions Prepare clear leadership summaries and executive-ready presentations Top Skills Supplier Capacity Analysis Data Analysis & Metric Development Process Improvement Advanced Microsoft Excel Power BI Strong cross-functional communication Qualifications Bachelor’s degree preferred; Master’s degree considered Approximately 10 years of relevant experience, or 5 years with a Master’s degree Backgrounds in business analysis, purchasing, procurement, buying, supplier development, supply chain, or supplier capacity are highly relevant Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into meaningful business insights Experience working independently and managing multiple priorities
