Position’s Contributions to Work Group
- Analyze data sets, create process improvements, support category teams in capacity, create leadership summaries
- Analyze existing tools and data to assess supplier capacity, performance trends, and risk exposure
- Translate complex capacity data into actionable insights for leadership decision-making
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and scalability of reporting and analytics
- Support category management teams with initiatives to bridge any capacity gaps
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders (procurement, supply chain, operations) to deliver actionable insights for decision-making
- Prepare clear, concise leadership summaries and executive-ready reports highlighting risks, savings opportunities, and performance metrics
- Track and report progress on all capacity related initiatives
