About the role

This role is responsible for designing and executing change management in support of AI transformation projects. The position involves conducting operational and financial analyses to support informed decision-making. The ideal candidate will coordinate with technical teams, change leads, workstream leaders, and business unit SMEs to drive projects forward and build a more complex customer data environment.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute change management for AI transformation projects.
• Lead medium to large special projects involving quantitative and qualitative research.
• Apply standardized tools and techniques to collect, analyze, and present data for business insights.
• Utilize data analysis, market intelligence, and modeling to support business strategies.
• Manage data integrity and governance strategies, ensuring compliance with standards.
• Employ advanced analytics for market trend analysis, growth modeling, and risk assessment.
• Review cost models and identify opportunities for process improvements.

Requirements

Education: A bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Information Systems, or a related field is required.

Experience: 11-15 years of experience in business process optimization, data governance, and financial modeling.

Skills

• Proficiency in change management, communications, and project management.
• Expertise in Power BI, Python, SQL, SOQL, Jira, and Excel for advanced data analysis and business intelligence reporting.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in operations.
• ProSci certification.
• Experience with digital transformation.
• Knowledge of process design and controls.
