Duties And Responsibilities
- Data Analysis and Development
- Collaborate with internal teams to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Analyze structured and unstructured healthcare data to identify trends, opportunities, and operational performance metrics.
- Build a deep understanding of underlying data models, inputs, and definitions to ensure accurate analysis and reporting.
- Work with stakeholders to refine data definitions and establish a consistent approach to data interpretation and usage.
- Build understanding of data visualizations, tools, and create reports that effectively communicate insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Business Intelligence (BI) developers to produce interactive dashboards and other analytical products that align with business needs and are intuitive, accurate, and aligned with end-user requirements.
- Serve as a liaison between the BI team and business stakeholders, understanding their data needs and aligning expectations.
- Prioritize data requests based on organizational goals and resource availability.
- Train and support stakeholders in navigating BI reports and tools.
Qualifications
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Statistics, Business, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
- Experience: 1 - 3 years of experience in a business analyst or data analyst role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Licenses/Certifications: Knowledge/Skills/Abilities including proficiency in Excel, familiarity with Sigma, PowerBI, and/or data visualization tools, basic understanding of data modeling, statistical analysis, and problem-solving techniques, strong interpersonal and communication skills, ability to present complex data clearly, and intellectual curiosity.
