Business Analyst - Hybrid

Duties And Responsibilities

• Data Analysis and Development
• Collaborate with internal teams to translate complex data into actionable insights
• Analyze structured and unstructured healthcare data to identify trends, opportunities, and operational performance metrics
• Build a deep understanding of underlying data models, inputs, and definitions to ensure accurate analysis and reporting
• Work with stakeholders to refine data definitions and establish a consistent approach to data interpretation and usage
• Build understanding of data visualizations, tools, and create reports that effectively communicate insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Collaborate with Business Intelligence (BI) developers to produce interactive dashboards and other analytical products that align with business needs and are intuitive, accurate, and aligned with end-user requirements
• Serve as a liaison between the BI team and business stakeholders, understanding their data needs and aligning expectations
• Prioritize data requests based on organizational goals and resource availability
• Train and support stakeholders in navigating BI reports and tools

Qualifications

• Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Statistics, Business, Healthcare Management, or a related field
• Experience: 1 - 3 years of experience in a business analyst or data analyst role, preferably in a healthcare setting
• Licenses/Certifications: Knowledge/Skills/Abilities including proficiency in Excel, familiarity with Sigma, PowerBI, and/or data visualization tools, basic understanding of data modeling, statistical analysis, and problem-solving techniques, strong interpersonal and communication skills, ability to present complex data in a clear and concise manner to a variety of stakeholders, intellectual curiosity, fast learner, attention to detail
