About the role

Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver training programs that enhance public speaking and leadership skills.
- Collaborate with club leaders to support their initiatives and provide guidance on best practices.
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to help members improve their performance.
- Engage with the community to promote Toastmasters and its mission.
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
- Experience in coaching, mentoring, or teaching.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Passion for Toastmasters' mission and values.
Qualifications
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to travel occasionally to Toastmasters events.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
