About the role

Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver training programs that enhance public speaking and leadership skills
- Assist members in preparing and delivering speeches
- Facilitate meetings and provide feedback to members on their presentations
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment with organizational goals
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, English, Education, or related field
- Experience in facilitating group discussions and providing constructive feedback
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
