Primary Responsibilities
- Open/triage and track issues related to OCM
- Work with business partners, CM's (Capability Mangers), IT to drive to resolution and/or enhancement
- Identify trending or critical issues and escalate to key partners as needed
- Work within Service Now to update tickets
- Respond to users within a timely manner to understand questions or possible issues and provide coaching needed
- Act as a liaison for users and IT
- Become a SME in OCM
- Possibly cover issues within various Command centers for UM ICM, PA, BH, TOC and more to come
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of business analysis experience documenting capabilities, features, and stories
- 3+ years of experience facilitating requirements gathering with stakeholders
- 2+ years of experience using Agile business or technology methods for project delivery
- Experience working with technology partners
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Rally or Aha!
- Experience in the Healthcare industry within operations or clinical software
- Service Now experience ICUE knowledge
- Working in triage/support escalation environment

Pay and Schedule
- The salary for this role will range from $91,700 - $163,700 annually based on full-time employment.
