About the Role
We are seeking a Business Analyst to partner closely with internal stakeholders and clients, leveraging the latest AI tools to analyze business challenges and help develop effective, actionable solutions.
Responsibilities
- Use cutting-edge AI tools to help business partners and clients analyze problems, identify opportunities, and shape solutions.
- Translate business needs into clear requirements, and drive the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of related solutions and applications.
- Maintain strong communication with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to keep projects on track.
- Continuously refine and optimize solutions based on business feedback.
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a related role.
- Strong analytical, learning, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage clients independently and perform effectively under pressure.
- Fluency in both English and Mandarin, with the ability to lead client communications.
