About The Role

We are seeking a Business Analyst to partner closely with internal stakeholders and clients, leveraging the latest AI tools to analyze business challenges and help develop effective, actionable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Use cutting-edge AI tools to help business partners and clients analyze problems, identify opportunities, and shape solutions.
• Translate business needs into clear requirements, and drive the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of related solutions and applications.
• Maintain strong communication with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to keep projects on track.
• Continuously refine and optimize solutions based on business feedback.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a related role.
• Strong analytical, learning, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage clients independently and perform effectively under pressure.
• Professional working proficiency in English, with the ability to lead client communications.
• Fluency in Mandarin Chinese is a plus.
