Business Analyst

Role Description

UST is seeking a Business Analyst Lead II for full-time employment. The opportunity involves using analytics and judgment to identify, prioritize, structure, and solve complex problems. Responsibilities include defining, testing, and implementing project functional requirements, designing and executing functional test procedures, creating software requirements artefacts and deliverables, applying system analysis techniques, serving as a subject matter expert, ensuring requirements traceability, establishing and implementing effective requirements practices, elicting requirements, preparing status report updates, and contributing to written and verbal communication.

What You Need

• Bachelor's or Foreign Equivalent Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, MIS (Management Information System), CIS (Computer Information System), Engineering - any branch, or related field
• Two (2) Years of Experience as a Business Analyst or related occupation

Role Location

Aliso Viejo, CA (Unanticipated Client Site throughout the US)

Compensation Range

$144,414 - $150,000 per year; 40 hours per week; 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
