Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, or a related field
- Familiarity with project and change management and Agile methodologies techniques, and processes
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to explain issues and resolutions to technical and non-technical staff
- Ability to listen and develop detailed requirements and support technology demonstrations
- Ability to communicate directly with USPS and lead discussions in constructive ways
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with USPS
- Familiarity with Asset Management
