Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document functional and non-functional requirements related to the integration of ServiceNow and Workday.
- Analyze and map business processes to identify integration points and process improvements.
- Work with technical teams to define data flows, interface requirements, and transformation logic between the two platforms.
- Facilitate workshops, interviews, and meetings to elicit and validate requirements.
- Document use cases, process flows, business rules, and technical specifications.
- Support testing activities including test case development, UAT coordination, and defect tracking.
- Scrum Coordination: Sprint Planning, Story Scoping, Acceptance Criteria Definition, Story accuracy Blocker tracking, Story Sequencing, Track Service Now / Workday integration project milestones and deliverables, providing regular status updates to project leadership.
- Serve as a liaison between Service Now team and the Reporting / Integrations Workday 2.0 team ensuring accurate and timely communication and alignment across key program milestones.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in enterprise application integration projects.
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow and/or Workday platforms.
- Strong understanding of HRIS systems and IT Service Management processes.
- Experience in process mapping, data analysis, and system documentation.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficient in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Visio, Excel, or similar.
