Business Analyst
About the role
The Business Analyst will be responsible for collaborating with various teams to analyze business processes, gather requirements, and develop solutions using Epics, backlog grooming sessions, user stories, Jira, workflow diagrams, data flows, and defining test cases with Quality Assurance. Experience with scaled agile methodologies is mandatory.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions
- Develop and maintain detailed requirements documentation
- Work closely with Quality Assurance to ensure test cases are defined and executed
- Create and maintain workflow diagrams and data flow models
- Participate in backlog grooming sessions and sprint planning meetings
- Ensure alignment with project goals and objectives
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather and clarify requirements
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
- Experience with Epics, backlog grooming sessions, user stories, Jira
- Experience with scaled agile methodologies
- Experience with workflow diagrams, data flows, and defining test cases with Quality Assurance
- Financial center experience is preferred
- Prior banking experience is required
Qualifications

Pay
The pay range for this position is $55.00 - $61.00/hr.
