Business Analyst

8-12 years of experience in Property & Casualty Insurance, with mandatory expertise in Guidewire ClaimCenter and Claims functionality.

• Business Analyst experience with P&C Insurance Domain, Claims Functionality
• Guidewire ClaimCenter experience is mandatory

Responsibilities

• Engage with business stakeholders to gather, document, and validate business requirements.
• Analyze and document current-state and future-state claims processes.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, process flows, and use cases.
• Collaborate with business users, SMEs, developers, QA teams, and vendors throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support Guidewire ClaimCenter implementation, enhancement, integration, and upgrade initiatives.
• Facilitate workshops, requirement gathering sessions, and solution reviews.
• Work closely with testing teams in preparation of test scenarios, test cases, and UAT execution.
• Assist in data mapping, data conversion, and integration requirements involving claims systems.
• Ensure solution alignment with business objectives, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
• Support production releases and post-implementation activities.

Requirements

• 8+ years of Business Analysis experience.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in P&C Insurance Claims Operations and Systems.
• Strong understanding of:

• Strong knowledge of claims business processes and insurance workflows.
• Experience creating BRDs, FRDs, user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria.

Preferred Qualifications

• Guidewire ClaimCenter certification preferred.
• Experience with Guidewire integrations and ecosystem applications.
• Familiarity with PolicyCenter and BillingCenter.
• Exposure to cloud transformation and digital claims modernization initiatives.
• Knowledge of insurance regulatory and compliance requirements.
• Experience with reporting and analytics tools.
• Experience with Guidewire Cloud Platform.
• Exposure to AI-driven claims automation and analytics.
• Experience working with major P&C carriers and insurance transformation programs.

$110,000 to $125,000 per year
