About The Role The Staff Business Analyst for the PlayStation Store at Sony Interactive Entertainment is a senior individual-contributor position based in San Mateo, CA, with remote work considered for candidates on the West Coast. This role is pivotal in shaping the future of our Direct-to-Consumer businesses, including PlayStation Store and PlayStation Direct. As a key member of the Commercial Development team, you will translate complex commercial opportunities into actionable business requirements, influencing strategic decision-making and operational efficiencies. This position requires a strategic thinker with a strong analytical background, capable of collaborating across multiple teams such as product, data analytics, data science, engineering, and business operations. You will not be responsible for product roadmaps or feature backlogs but will focus on leveraging experimentation and data-driven insights to recommend impactful business changes. The role operates at the intersection of business strategy, data analytics, and technology, emphasizing decision quality and commercial impact.
