Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive NPI project plans for board manufacturing, including timelines, milestones, and resource requirements.
  • Serve as primary liaison to Contract Manufacturing team.
  • Coordinate cross-functional activities across engineering, manufacturing, quality, and supply chain teams.
  • Track and report on NPI program status, identifying risks and developing mitigation strategies.
  • Develop build plans and production schedules in collaboration with Business Unit planning and Contract Manufacturing planning teams.
  • Monitor and track key manufacturing metrics including yield, cycle time, and quality performance.
  • Identify bottlenecks and recommend process improvements.
  • Serve as primary Business Unit point of contact for NPI planning activities.
  • Prepare and deliver status reports and presentations to program leadership.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and Contract Manufacturers on NPI schedule requirements.
  • Facilitate communication between global teams across different time zones.
  • Create and maintain reports to track NPI progress and KPIs.
  • Analyze program data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Develop data-driven recommendations to improve NPI processes and outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of NPI activities and lessons learned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in program/project management, manufacturing planning, or operations.
  • Experience with NPI processes and board/electronics manufacturing preferred.
  • Proven track record of managing complex, cross-functional projects.

Skills

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Project).
  • Experience with project management tools and methodologies.
  • Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems.
  • Data analysis and visualization skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Effective communication skills in English (written and verbal).
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Detail-oriented with strong follow-through.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in semiconductor or electronics manufacturing industry.
  • Knowledge of PCB/board manufacturing processes and technologies.
  • PMP, Six Sigma, or other relevant certifications.
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Proficiency in data analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
