BUSINESS ANALYST

About the role

The Business Analyst is responsible for understanding customer needs and translating them into actionable insights that drive product development and improvement.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams including product management, engineering, and sales to gather requirements and validate assumptions.
• Create and maintain detailed project plans and documentation.
• Facilitate meetings and workshops to ensure all stakeholders are aligned on project goals and deliverables.
• Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in business analysis or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

Qualifications

• Experience with Agile methodologies and tools.
• Knowledge of data analysis tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Passion for technology and a deep understanding of software development lifecycle.

Skills

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
• Attention to detail and ability to handle complex projects.
• Experience with project management tools like Jira or Asana.
