Business Analyst

About the role

The Business Analyst is responsible for analyzing business processes and identifying areas for improvement. They work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and develop solutions that enhance efficiency and productivity.

Responsibilities

• Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for optimization.
• Work with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
• Develop and maintain documentation of business processes and requirements.
• Conduct user acceptance testing to ensure solutions meet user expectations.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to provide innovative solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in business analysis or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

Qualifications

• Experience with Agile methodologies and tools.
• Knowledge of data analysis and reporting tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.

Pay
