Business Analyst

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to annuities and insurance products.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications and ensure alignment with technical teams.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product development and enhancements.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings to elicit requirements and validate solutions with stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including business requirements documents, use cases, and process flows.
• Support project management activities by providing insights and recommendations based on analysis.
• Assist in the testing and validation of solutions to ensure they meet business requirements and quality standards.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders on key milestones and deliverables.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the development of best practices within the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications in business analysis or insurance (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent) are a plus.
